Vinyl records (dubplates) :
We ship within a maximum of one week - often even faster.
If it's urgent we also offer Prime Service to get your vinyl order ready for shipping in 1-2 business days.
The time starts to run after we have received your order, tracks and payment.
It always depends on the information we send you in the order mail. On our home page, you will always find the current time.
Vinyl shortruns (starting at 6 pieces):
Our vinyl shortrun bundles are ready for shipping after 2 weeks!
Vinyl Pressings (starting at 100 pieces):
For 12inch vinyl pressing it takes about 3 months.
For 7inch vinyl pressings about 2 months.
12inch, 10inch & 7inch include: innersleeve, cover, pvc protective sleeve and a white label.
Do you prefer labelstickers with your own design? sweet! let's go and choose:
- "design custom label" with our labeldesigner in the webshop, We print and stick them onto your vinyl! (our recommendation)
- or "a4 labels", a labelsheet for printing the labels on your own. For experienced printer users only!
If you would like to have a cover with your own design, just choose "custom cover print" and design your cover in the coverdesigner, or upload the graphics at the end of the order!
5"cd - size pocket battle disc´s come in a neat metal box and a white label.
While cutting vinyl dubplates, a lot of work goes into the setup, volume adjustments and test cuts of your project. After that is done it, takes us exactly as long as your tracks are to cut your records!

If you register for the Dub-Club (the drdub style of a client profil) and order several times, you automatically benefit from these loyalty discounts.
Quantity and Dub-Club discounts will be added together. 15% Discount is the maximum.
These discounts are ONLY valid for ordering vinyl dubplates (starting at 1 piece) via our online configurator/shop! if you want to order a vinyl short run (starting at 6 pieces), a higher discount is already included in our short run bundles, take a look here!

If you indicate credit card, gpay, apple pay, eps as payment method in your order, you will get the possibility to pay via our partner global payments directly after order completion. eps transfer is only possible in austria.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You have to be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. Further information can be found during the ordering process.
Bank transfer (prepayment)
When selecting the payment method in advance, we give you our bank details in the order confirmation and begin the production process of plates as soon as we receive your payment confirmation.
Cash
Registered letters sent to us work too, or you come over.
It's easy and there are several ways to do it:
- easiest with our upload tool
At the end of your order, we will guide you on your personal page. Here you can drop your files via drag & drop. You can also upload or change them later. We confirm your title list via email. After that, no changes are possible.
- using external upload services
You can also send us the files directly via an upload service, for example, dropbox.com or wetransfer.com. You can enter the download link right after completing the order or send us a mail.
- with ftp
if you submit your files via ftp, please send us a short email when you have loaded your tracks on ftp.drdub.com. recommended programs for this are filezilla and cuteftp for mac. We will send you the login data according to your order.
- by email
You can also send us the files by email to praxis@drdub.com. please make sure that you do not attach more than 15mb of files per email. if necessary, you can simply send several mails.
- oldschool - by post
You can also send us the files by post. please give your order number or at least a readable name and send everything to:
dr. dub, lindauweg 15, a-6391 fieberbrunn / tyrol, austria on dat, md, tape, mc, cdr, usb stick, or data cd.

the shipping duration is only regarding to shipping. please also take note of the current processing time until shipping as given on the front page.
Austria:
- Standard shipping to Austria via POST AG takes approximately 3 days, tracking number will be sent with invoice mail.
- Cost: 6.-€ (free shipping from 150,-€)
- Post Express shipping to austria normally takes 1 business days, tracking number will be sent with invoice mail
- Post Express additional Cost: +9.-€
Germany:
- Standard shipping via POST AG takes 3-5 business days, tracking number will be sent with invoice mail
- Cost: 8.-€ (free shipping from 150,-€)
- DHL-Express shipping to germany normally takes 2 business days, tracking number will be sent via e-mail as soon as the parcel gets picked up
- DHL-Express additional cost: +27.-€
Europe:
- Standard shipping via Post costs 15.-€ tracking number will be sent with invoice mail.
- DHL-Express shipping to european countries normally takes 2 business days, tracking number will be sent via e-mail as soon as the parcel gets picked up
Rest of the world:
- Registered shipping via austria post - Can take anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks, depending on where you hang out
- DHL-Express shipping outside europe normally takes 3-6 business days, tracking number will be sent via e-mail as soon as the parcel gets picked up
Prime Service:
- we ensure ready shipping within 1-2 business days. We'll do overtime for you if needed! more info here
Shipping info - Destination Country:
The shipping duration is only regarding to shipping. Please also take note of the current processing time until shipping as given on the front page.
We ship monday to friday, weekends and public holidays we refuse to ship.
Please ensure the condition of the box when you receive the packet. If it is destroyed, do not sign the shipping papers and notify us in a timely manner.
On our homepage, you can find the current production times. the shipping time needs to be added on top of that.
You can calculate the arrival time by adding production time and shipping time to your date of order.
If your order is overdue, don't hesitate to contact us!
The tracking number is in the mail with the invoice.
If you need your order earlier, you can upgrade to "prime service". Send us a mail - we'll work overtime.
If something has been overlooked while creating a cover or labels and the order has already been placed, you can contact us here.
please mention your order number - we will activate the editing of your graphic files via the personal upload window again -then you can edit again. if everything fits, just click on Save!
MIND: After the invoice has already been sent or the order has been queued in the studio, no changes can be made.
You have an important gig at the weekend?

Then choose our dr. dub prime service while ordering.
This doesn't mean that we otherwise slowly process your order, but sometimes the demand is great and it can, therefore, take up to 5 work days until your vinyl are finished.
Our prime service, however, ensures shipping within 1-2 work days for a maximum of 6 vinyl.
